This kit allows you to use your pillar drill in the upright position to be able to cut slot mortises of pretty much any lenth you wish along a fence line which is part of the kit
Set up this kit and in conjuction with a fence kit (see my other listings) you are set to go.

This kit is listed as USED as it has been used a few times very successfully. I just needed to be able to do mortises in 6 inch square beams and this was not able to as my pillar drill (a toy one from Aldi) could not accomodate the travel needed on the bit.
